6. User-Generated Content

The only user-generated content in Horsey Race is the nickname you choose. By choosing a nickname, you:

• Warrant that it does not infringe on any rights of third parties
• Grant us the right to display it during gameplay
• Understand it will be visible to anyone holding your race's join code
• Acknowledge it is stored with the race and is not deleted automatically when the game ends — see our Privacy Policy for how to have a race removed

7. No Warranties

Horsey Race is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any errors will be corrected
• The service will be available at all times

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creator of Horsey Race shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

9. Educational Use

Horsey Race is designed for educational purposes. Teachers and educators are encouraged to use the Game in their classrooms. By using the Game in an educational setting, educators agree to:
